Car #2 E. Evans / D. Barritt (Ford Fiesta WRC): “For sure a bit better, there were some sections more clean with bedrock others very very slippery. I do not think there are so many loose rocks about to be honest, but there are always the hard ones that are embedded in the ground”.

Car #11 C. Breen / S. Martin (Citroën C3 WRC): “You wouldn’t want softs!Tricky, what a transformation to 12 months ago. Apart from one or two places for the team to work on, I have to say that it is quite a pleasure to drive here, I enjoyed it.”.

Car #6 H. Paddon / S. Marshall (Hyundai i20 Coupé WRC): “We probably did not make the right tyre choice, but that is how it is. I wanted to try something, there is still one stage to go but it has been pretty hard on tyres”.

Car #12 M. Ostberg / T. Eriksen (Citroën C3 WRC): “Good. I already have the hard tyres on the car, I will swap them around and have another go. Balance is tricky, it is such a narrow line I tend to lose the rear quite a lot. I tried to be a bit more tidy and it does not feel so fast. When I passed the finish line I said I was too careful, but the time is better. My head is opposite I need to turn it around”.

Car #9 E. Lappi / J. Ferm (Toyota Yaris WRC): “It is tough, really clean run to be honest, no mistakes, no drama. Everything OK. Same car, tyres and road position? I am 6 yrs younger than Latvala, I should be faster!”.

Car #7 J.M. Latvala / M. Anttila (Toyota Yaris WRC): “Lappi did a very very good time on this stage. It was so rough, I had to back off a little I had a couple of nasty hits. I thought Esapekka did not attack more, but he obviously did. Monte Lerno is next let’s see what tyres he has. We are fighting for it”.

Car #5 T. Neuville / N. Gilsoul (Hyundai i20 Coupé WRC): “I had a good stage, but I have been struggling with the rear of the car. It was not easy, I tried to do my best. We will see at the end. I had a clean run, hopefully enough. No compromises, one stage to go, everything can happen to him as well, so I have to carry on”.

Car #1 S. Ogier / J. Ingrassia (Ford Fiesta WRC): “We have to push in the next one for sure, I did not save tyres”.
